If there was one thing I was sure I wanted to do while in Capetown, it was to take the Red Bus Tour!
I loved it. It was the second time I was taking the tour. And I would do it again.
Here are some photos captured during the two days that we took the tour.
A peep of St. George’s Cathedral – Desmond Tutu’s church
The entrance at Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden. The predator and prey are made of wood… Very artistic
Mountains seen from Kirstenbosch
Did you know that trees can turn into stone?
Yes! Here is the evidence!
A sample of the flora and fauna (had to use those words to make my Biology teacher proud!) at the gardens
Another view of the mountains from the gardens
Vineyards at Groot Costantia
Trees in the vineyard
Another view from the vineyards
Nas and KYS taking a stroll at Groot Costantia
A glimpse of Imizamo Yethu township
Imagine living by this canal… So pretty
More homes near the mountain and next to the canal.
The ‘Red Bus’ boat. The boat that takes one around the canal
The red bus itself!!
A view of the ocean from the red bus
So nostalgic. If I could turn back time…
š Anniversary celebration idea?
I’ve asked, many times. Even to move there š Response…maybe for the fifth anniversary.
So now……. how come our red bus tour used a different route?
It is because you took the red tour. We took the red tour and the blue tour! š
